My baby turned 10 months old today. And she is ADORABLE. Not to brag or anything.
Here are the vitals for AJ:
- Has two bottom center teeth; no more, no less; but she is starting to act like some others will be here soon.
- Is cruising like crazy, and she thinks she is big stuff when she goes around the coffee table!
- Is standing momentarily without holding on to anything, but only if she is distracted by something; she absolutely will not let go of you if she thinks you want her to stand on her own.
- The other day she took three very fast, very accidental, not to be repeated anytime soon, steps from one chair to the other when her reach didn't quite make it like she thought it would. It scared her that she was unassisted. So she cried. Hey, I cry when I'm scared too.
- Clucks and makes a variety of new sounds with her mouth, and loves it when you make them back at her.
- Will yell "ahhh" to try and scare you.
- Says Bones "bow", mom (not mama), dada; most of the other words she was saying like "bye-bye", she has mastered and moved on. She's like that though. She just started saying dada again after a six week or so hiatus.
- Is generally always happy, except when teething, sleepy, and most recently, sick. Got her first cold this week after joining daycare for some much needed social interaction with other kids. Also had her first fever. I'd say that is pretty good for ten months!
- Seems to really enjoy playing with the other babies at daycare; has a good disposition and is very sweet natured. Her friend Cooper spent the night last weekend, and they played wonderfully together. Don't worry...at some point the co-ed sleepovers will stop.
- Is sleeping 10-11 hours every night...talk about heaven!
Enjoy some more pictures...most of which are from the Aubrey/Cooper sleepover.
